Price and Terms

$1700.00 per week in the peak summer season. Better prices and shorter stays available during the off season.
There is a one week minimum stay during peak summer weeks.
Check in is Saturday Anytime after 3PM.
Check out  is the following Saturday by 10AM.
Security Deposit: $300
We require a $200.00 rental deposit to secure your date with the balance and security deposit due before you move in. Rental deposit is non refundable if you cancel your reservation three weeks or less before your week begins and we can not re-rent that week to someone else.
Your Security deposit will be refunded in full following inspection of the property if there is no damage caused by your group.

 

Description

The house is located at 11th and Bay Ave. First Floor Ocean City, NJ 08226...just across the street from the bay and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. We are located in the Heart of OC, near all of the action on Asbury Ave. Plenty of restaurant's and pizzeria's near by. If you want to rent jet skies, kayaks, boats, or go power sailing, it's all right down Bay Ave. between 5th st. and 3rd. St. And you are just over the 9th st. bridge to the restaurant's and night life in Somers Point. We include 5 beach tags for our guest to use during their stay.

Ocean City has 8 miles of beautiful beach and 2.5 miles of boardwalk area for strolling or morning bike riding with long established favorites including Shriver's, Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Playland's Castaway Cove, Manco & Manco's Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn and many unique specialty shops. Also included is the famous Music Pier, an entertainment venue, which hosts concerts and other events throughout the summer. The downtown area offers great shopping and fine dining establishments. Water-sports, fishing charters and boat rentals are available in the bay-front area all of which is only a short 5 blocks away from the house.

 

Guest access

This listing is for the entire first floor which has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, large front/TV room and a back yard. We also rent the second floor which is similar to the first floor, but only has one bathroom and a bit smaller kitchen. The second floor does have a great 16x26 outside porch in the front and a 8x12 outside porch in the back which is a great feature. Also included are 5 beach tags for each floor.

The neighborhood

​

Ocean City NJ is a great, classic south Jersey shore town. It has been around for well over 100 years. When you are there, you feel like you are at the shore. The breeze, the salt air, the sea gulls, the beach, the bay, the boardwalk, bike riding. OC has it all! If you want to take a day trip, you have Atlantic City with it's casino's and Cape May with all of it's Victorian charm within 30 minuets north, or south of you.

Getting around

​

The bus station is right around the corner. Plenty of parking out front and biking is a great way of getting around town.

 

Other things to note

​

You will need to bring your own bed linens, towels and personal effects, such as toilet items, hair dryer, iron etc. 

The 1st floor has 2 queen size beds, 1 double, 1 single and a sleeper couch which is a queen size. We supply all pillows and bed spreads.

If the week you are interested in is not available on the second floor, please check the first floor.
